Product Liability

Experience

Located in Phoenix, Arizona, John Brewer is a dedicated legal professional who specializes in pursuing manufacturers in the area of product liability. Over the course of the last 20 years, John has gained the experience necessary to adequately represent burn victims whose injuries resulted from cases of faulty engineering, such as those associated with automotive manufacturing, helicopter fuel systems, gas tank design, and more.

John received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Southern California, where he was also an active member of Alpha Tau Omega, in 1990. Shortly thereafter, he opted to attend the American Graduate School of International Management, from which he received his Masters in Management (M.I.M.) in Finance in 1993.

Upon completing his graduate program, John Brewer felt a pull to continue his studies — this time, with a focus on the legal side. As a result, John enrolled in the University of San Diego School of Law in 1993 and graduated with his Doctor of Law degree (J.D.) three years later.

John launched his professional career at his father’s law firm, Charles M. Brewer, Ltd., and it did not take long for him to find his niche in litigating catastrophic personal injury accidents, wrongful death, and product liability cases.

Driven by a passion for serving those in need and a genuine desire to see justice served, John Brewer successfully represented clients against a number of Fortune 100 companies including, but not limited to, General Electric, Honda, Ford Motor Company, Goodyear Tire Company, and many more. Furthermore, John has gone up against some of the largest helicopter and airplane manufacturers in the industry, demanding to understand why their aircraft went down in the first place, as well as spearheading investigations into their manufacturing and design defects.

As his expertise in such cases has deepened, so has John Brewer’s avidity for aiding survivors of such tragic accidents. Since founding his own firm, BrewerWood, nearly ten years ago, John has honed in on a very specific niche: pursuing and winning burn cases. This cause hits especially close to home, as his daughter is a burn survivor herself, and he strives to ensure each client is served with the utmost care and precision at every stage of litigation.
